I love coming to F45 at Heritage Corner, the staff is always so friendly and helpful and I really love the structure of the workouts - the music they play is fun too. I definitely recommend to anyone who finds it difficult to do cardio on their own and/or pushes themselves harder when working out in a group setting.

My husband & I started F45 about a month ago and we are hooked! We feel stronger already! I love how encouraging the coaches are, how well each exercise is demonstrated( and how each class is so different. Also a huge bonus as a new mom that they offer childcare.

I'm a wicked huge F45 fan, probably because my "home base" is equiped with physiologists that KNOW how to treat bodies of all types, and are experts in modifications. If you are a local here in Wake Forest, you need to give it a try. As a fitness instructor myself recovering from multiple injuries, and trained by the best coaches in F45 to be able to train safely, if there is one thing that I DETEST in any location of any type is when the stuck up staff simply doesn't LISTEN. They didn't take the time and were of course focused on their locals. Which is fine. And they know their F45 stuff. For me, their not listening and overdoing on the YELLING (Coach Dylan was yelling out which station I had to go to and didn't bother to come by to check if I was OK after he started me on the WORST station he could have when I told him I have a SHOULDER IMPINGEMENT. So where did he start me on? SHOULDERS! And as I modified and Lindsey felt she had to come over and coach me, I could feel how my shoulder should have warmed up elsewhere and not start where they started me BECAUSE THEY DIDNT LISTEN...). And it set the pace for the rest of my experience. If this had been my first F45, it would have been my last. Because of their attitudes - Manager and trainers high on the stuck up list and hard of hearing. On the professional level - THEY KNOW THEIR F45 cookie cutter stuff! And trust me people the F45 formulas work for you to achieve ANY goal you want to set (as long as the stuck up staff listens to your needs and can understand them at a personal training level - health and safety FIRST). I've been doing F45 for 2.5 years now. I've been teaching Seniors like me for 12. I've been reconstructed a couple of times. I THINK I KNOW WHAT MY BODY CAN OR CANT DO. My family just moved to the area, and one of my nephews would like to be a personal trainer, and works out consistently. I won't recommend this F45 for him or the folks in the family looking for a home. I know first hand how they will be treated as outsiders - something I just don't see in my hometown of Hudson where the Female owner is a Registered nurse on steroids accompanied by Masters Degree Physiologists or over the top trainers that put people first. If you live in the area, however, don't let my experience put you down. F45 is a FANTASTIC functional workout that delivers OVER TIME and with patience, and the trainers in this location, with their fantastic music, they love to dance and their hype can get you to where you would like to be. I won't be back when I come back to visit, I'll drive to another location or figure something out. I wish them well - they are professional and honor the F45 formula. They are just too focused on their own image in the mirror to listen to an old broken bag like me. Their clients are HAPPY and SUPER FIT! An THAT is the bottom line any business owner wants to hear. Not a visitor that felt like the outsider I am.

It's not without a lot of caveats that "grannieyelpie" here is going to guide you through this review. Because its not all white or black - lot of grey. As you know granne is a Zumba gold fitness intructor with over 10 years of shaking bomboms in Metrowest, MA. Its the Zumba fitness mentality - A BODY IN MOTION STAYS IN MOTION (and you haven't lived until you see an 80+ twerking or rocking perfect squats!). Yea.Grannie is also a lifetime lifter, overweight (have you read my reviews on how much I EAT?! duh), active, and in the professional great company of some of the most recognized international ergonomists, biomechanists, exercise physiologists, academics and inventors. It's what grannie does when she's not stuffing her face somewhere... But I digress.I am a HUGE fan of MOST of the F45 philosphy - functional moving has helped my broken body in ways that I say are short of the best mental and physical therapy I have done through my recovery, but the F45 formula exists for the demographic it serves - the need to be "Kardashian or barbie-like 22-42 year olds with money to spend on looking good, "because heaven forbid I dont", with a very approachable system that is less destructive than cross-fit training. THIS F45 thinks its a cross-fit dig. Now the goodies on Heritage Corner: This facility is clean to a fault! Cleanliness is close to godliness in my book. Very spacious, illuminated, well thought through. The staff... that I experienced during my out of town (and out of body and out of my mind for staying) with trainers that KNOW the F45 model and sell it well. Their locals/regulars are fit and fabulous, music is on point, and dancing allowed. A+ then goes to hell in a handbasket down to a C- (hey at least its not a failing grade. C's get degrees and leaves room for humility... I mean, growth, which I am SURE they will have!).I'm accountable: I have an attitude - I have been broken so many times I am beyond mindful of how I train for myself (with great coaches that have worked with my ergonomics and kinesiology for 2+ years and still going, yielding improvements in strength, muscle mass, balance and pain management - SHOUT OUT TO F45 HUDSON). F45 IS NOT CROSS FIT. BUT THIS F45 things its a cross fit center...I may have violated their precious rule of F45 etiquette reaching (SAFELY AND NOT AT THE EXPENSE OF OTHERS) equipment that I KNEW I could use to MODIFY to my body... but the gorgeous and insanely stuck up manager (queue real housewies) slapped my snout (cute southern-charm style "bless her heart) - maybe deserved, but she was so focused on HER workout, she didn't bother to assess MY needs as a visitor. After that I was afraid to ask. I had left a bar near where I was going to use it (I got permission from Lindsay), but Mr Milennial "D" put it away before I got there (WT..?). SO forget it. "Get in line girl", YESSIR! (I'm old enough to be his mom!).The stuck-up staff reflects leadership - no surprises there. Sorry "D", but I work with engineers from MIT that are seriously MORE HUMBLE and approachable. Their chip isn't even close to your tone deafness. D is a professional, knows his F45 stuff (ANYONE CAN BE TRAIN ON HOW TO TEACH THE WORKOUT) until he has to deal with someone who doesn't adore on him. During the brief "drive through" interview I told them my comorbidities, only to be started at: 1) on the most challenging 2 minute shoulder drill 2) SHOULDER - IF they had LISTENED, they would have not started me on upper back, shoulder and neck. BAD COACHING! Then as I was gazing PAINFULLY trying to decide to I stay or do I leave, he YELLED OUT like I'm a child (I'm old and not wearing hearing aids yet), where I needed to go. Sorry, but my pain was a warning I didn't heed, and it was drowning out your smugness. MY FAULT that I didn't walk out. I wanted to finish my workout and get my $15 visitor drop in fee worth. BTW, they can give a one day pass. Particularly when my F45 coach/mana

Just like their slogan states, my life really did change the day I decided to try F45 Training. I was unhealthy, carrying too much weight with no motivation to alter my trajectory. Within weeks of putting the work in at F45, results were apparent. I’m now 4 months in and I am confident in saying I’m in the best total body shape of my life. The entire F45 program is brilliant by removing typical obstacles to maintaining a fit lifestyle. Don’t have time? It’s only 45 minutes of training. Don’t have the right time of day? They have classes from early morning to late afternoon. Don’t know what exercises to do? The top tier coaches handle everything from planning the exercise stations to selecting the music. All you have to do is show up. I’m so glad I did.Edit 11/3/23: I’m now 10 months and 200 workouts in to my F45 journey. I’m in the best shape of my life and making lasting relationships with an outstanding community that values support and health. The coaching staff remains impeccable with great communication and event planning to keep things engaging. I’m looking forward to my progress in the next 200 sessions!

I have been going to F45 for almost 4 years and love it. The coaches are fantastic and truly care about everyone they work with and promote that attitude through everyone there. The trainers and clients support, motivate, and even cheer for one another. The sessions are creative and fun the time goes by so quickly. The focus is on movement, mental toughness, and recovery for overall health in daily life. Reaching fitness goals, doing things that are both challenging and fun, is a wonderful side effect of all of the above. The coaches pushes you to challenge yourself and reach new goals, but in an encouraging way. All coaches Barry, Eli, Lindsey and Sharon are the best!

Prior to joining F45, I swore it never be someone who participated in group fitness, 15-months later it’s the best decision I’ve made. If you’re looking to try something new, F45 is the place! The members and coaches are incredible!

After nearly a year of consistent workouts I’m enjoying seeing results. The coaches take care to teach proper form and personalize their feedback to your needs. I look forward to the variety of workouts and seeing the friendly faces every morning. The energy and enthusiasm that the coaches put into their sessions motivates me to come back almost daily.

I absolutely love this gym! The coaches are amazing and are super helpful. I never feel silly or inadequate when they help me. I love that they are always there to guide you, to help with proper technique and posture and to encourage you! I have never made it a habit in going to any other gym in the past because I would always feel lost and overwhelmed at what to do. It is perfect for me because everyday is a set workout and I’m in and out in 45 minutes. They are amazing workouts too! Perfect for every skill level and everything can be adapted to meet your personal needs. Can’t say enough great things about this gym!!!

I love F45. I worked out on Beachbody for 9 years and enjoyed my flexibility. A few friends asked me to come check out F45 a year ago and I haven’t stopped coming since. The face to face group training and community of members sets F45 apart from any other gym or workout program I’ve participated.I continue to have my expectations surpassed by the F45 Heritage Corner Family. The commitment to each other and the members makes the community a fantastic place to workout and build friendships. Keep up the great work coaches! The community you have created helps members, those less fortunate, and the community be a stronger place! Thank you.

After two decades of primarily engaging in various forms of endurance training, with only 2-3 days per week dedicated to lifting and cross-training, I made a decision to explore something new. While I had experimented with other group-based training approaches in the past, I was never particularly enthused by them. However, everything changed when I discovered F45 and experienced its diverse training regimen. The beauty of F45 is that each day offers a unique workout, yet you can walk into class with the assurance that the sessions are thoughtfully structured. I'll admit, initially, the classes can seem a bit overwhelming, but once you grasp the approach, it becomes easier to embrace and challenge yourself on a daily basis. The best part is that you don't need to fret about planning your workouts; you just show up and put in the effort! The exceptional coaches take the time to get to know you as an individual, especially as you become a regular in their classes. Additionally, the user-friendly app and class schedule make it convenient to incorporate F45 into your busy life.As someone who was never a fan of group classes in the past, I wholeheartedly recommend giving F45 a chance! I've been a devoted participant for two years now, and it's astonishing how my perspective on group training has evolved. Today, I attend F45 classes 4-5 days a week while still maintaining my 2-3 days of endurance training.

Great energetic classes with wonderful trainers. Each trainer takes the time to really know you not just by name, but any physical issues you may have and are quick to provide modifications so you can keep moving. Also, I attended during my pregnancy and each trainer took the time to show me modifications as well as support me on my pregnancy journey. Now my son is 3.5 months old and loves attending their childcare.11/10 recommend if you are looking for a solid workout, community, and support.
