“Just took delivery of a new 2021 Deluxe Pioneer 1000. This is something I’ve wanted for a long time. Purchased it for both yard work and fun.
The sales process was very easy and simple because my sales person , Keagan Potter who knew all of the details and configuration on all of the Pioneer models. Also because of the delays in shipping , due to COVID , he was always updating me on the status on delivery dates.
I also need to comment on how knowledgeable the parts person Justin was as well.

“I do recommend this place, they are honest! I went for brake check up because my dealership told me few months ago I needed to change brakes but I didn’t hear any noises or had trouble back then so I decided not to change them. Lately I heard some noises coming from the front of my car so I thought well now might be time to change it. But instead of going to my dealership I wanted to make sure so I went somewhere else.
At this Meineke the guy who took my call and received my car was really nice, respectful, and professional. He asked one of their mechanics to take it for a drive test and check everything. Guess what? No time to change brakes yet but give it few months. Of course without questions I will go back to this Meineke to have them change my brakes! You earned my business, thank you for your honesty and outstanding customer service.”

I did have to sit there for 2 hours but the technician did apologize saying there was a mess up with the call system and gave me a card with the office number to call instead so that wouldn’t happen again. He even brought be out to my car and opened the door for me in the rain. They were really nice was an enjoyable experience in the end.”

“Clay is an ARTIST... And perhaps the most detail-oriented person I've met (and I'm pretty OCD myself!) He has worked on my cars now for over 5 years and the work is always excellent. I got a 2017 Tesla model S that Clay corrected the paint on and opti-coated and he's maintained the opti-Coat since then. We got my wife a model Y in 2020 and Clay completely filmed that and opti- Coated that one as well. Just this past week I had my 2017 redone by clay. He sprayed a protection film on it and then opti-coated it again... and I have to say this car looks better than it did when it rolled out of the showroom back in 2017. Clay's attention to detail and his obsessive desire to have your car look perfect when he works on it result in the very highest quality work that I have ever seen in terms of auto detailing. Keep in mind, I'm pretty freaking old so I've seen a lot! I cannot recommend this business enough. No matter what level of expectation you may have for your car when it comes out of Clay's shop you will be impressed by the results...
