“They have been amazing every time we’ve gone. They never once try and upcharge and you can tell they genuinely want to help you get the best price and the safest work. The detail and communication was top notch and they even called ME to let me know about a deal they had which would save me money on a repair we discussed on a prior visit. Highly recommend this family owned shop for ANY vehicle maintenance and repairs. You won’t regret it.
Edited to add: I went back a week later for an oil change because they saw it was needed (during the previous appointment) and called me (again!!) to let me know that they had a special that would save me money for an oil change when I was ready. I was able to get an appointment first thing in the morning and they have been amazing once again. No other mechanic will EVER touch our vehicles again. The peace of mind and genuine kindness of the employees is top notch. They have continued to go above and beyond each and every time I go. Another place told me my vehicle was leaking oil because it required an extra quart during the oil change. That’s standard on my vehicle and not only did CBA recognize that up front, they made sure I knew it’d be a slightly higher charge and made sure I was aware of the total out the door price before beginning any work. That is something that is SO nice because disposable income is a bit tight lately. I’ve never felt like I was being taken advantage of and they worked with me to make sure I got what was needed for the price I could afford. Highly recommend CBA for ANY vehicle needs.”
“Had glass replaced and they did the calibration here for the camera.
Had a little issue with calibration not passing for some reason or another but Caliber made it right no hesitation.
Ladies upfront were perfect. Had plenty coffee, water and popcorn in the little waiting area.
Only issue was the guest WiFi was a little in and out.”

“Recently moved to Wake Forest from Houston and since Atlantic is the closest shop to our home, decided to stop in for state inspection on my wife's car. Made an appointment for 8:30 and planned to drop it off, arrived a bit early (~ 8am) and Travis told me he could get right to it. So I sat in their clean, comfortable waiting area and was pulling out of their shop at 8:22am with an inspection cert.
