“Just had both rear wheel assembly hubs replaced on a 2012 Kia Sorento, the owner was very much a people person which made the experience even better, he tested the issue to confirm that I was right on the issue, which he did confirm that both were not operating correctly, he then quoted me the price, we went ahead and went through with me, he was very courteous of our vehicle and treated us like family. He got both of them done, made sure the issue had been resolved, the issue was ABS, traction control, brake light were all lit up to due to the old sensors going bad. And once installed the lights went away! Which made us very happy. He then noticed our tire pressure light was on, he topped off our air and it went away. I highly respect the owner and I will definitely be back there for any future work.”

“Was referred to GM by my husband’s coworker, and thank goodness for that! We had previously been told our car was going to need a new compressor and condenser along with flushing and valve replacement at the cost of $2700. That seemed like a lot and not wanting to trust that, we took our car to GM. Turns out the AC just needed Freon. We were so relieved it turned out to be something minor. GM was honest, polite and professional. They fixed the issue in less than 24 hours and saved us literal thousands of dollars. We will definitely be using them in the future.”

“I have had this establishment replace a motor in a Suzuki Sx4, automatic. It actually ran better, and got better mileage than when I bought it, NEW. There wasn't a squeak, rattle or sound anywhere, and I never had any issues with the car. It had over 200 thousand miles on that motor, 430 thousand total, and the car never let me down, ever, til I totaled it. “Joe has been my mechanics for a few years after several separate people recommended him. He used to be in a building on Main Street but is now working out of his shop behind his home. The address is 1001 W Holly Hill Rd. in Thomasville.
He’s a family man and a Christian. His lovely wife Ashley is so sweet. They are a great team and even homeschool their children while maintaining this business.
He is a one man show so the only thing I would say to keep in mind is that while he does all he can to get people in quick, there’s only so much one person can do. So be mindful of that.

“This is kind of a bitter sweet visit. My oldest brother was a mechanic at this place when it was Kent's Garage roughly 28 years ago. I came to get me and my son's vehicle inspection done, the fella was very knowledgeable and helped us get inspections that another shop took advantage of us because unlike here they want to truly help someone get what they need to get their vehicles road worthy and do it at a respectful price where as other companies are looking to put the everyday guy in a position to where they have to sell a kidney to achieve the same. “Willy was the most acknowledgable, fairest, reasonable mechanic around and was very polite at doing so. I feel he went above and beyond to fix the problems he saw and listened to what I shared, cheapest rate received. He took responsibility for all repairs and didn't add anything additional that needed to be done after discussion. Most mechanics now in day try to add additional problems for more money, and it's a shame I absolutely love this place and totally recommend it! “Showed up on Friday just before closing, owner explained he was on his way out but checked to see if what I need was there. It was but hadn't been pulled for the vehicle yet. Asked me to put a deposit and he would pull the party first thing in the morning and call me. He pulled exactly what I need and at a great price. He is hard to get ahold of on the phone, be patient.”
