He then replaced it with a new transmission out of his pocket to make things right. Awesome guy and mechanic. If I need anything else I will be coming back”

“We purchased a used Nissan Leaf from High Point Mitsubishi. The sales guy we worked with was Bradley Strickland. He was very helpful, polite, and he has a generally friendly personality.He seemed kind of new at selling cars and didn’t know the answers to some of our questions. He made sure he found out the answers we needed by asking the manager. The only small negative was that we think we were supposed to get some kind of paperwork from the dealer regarding the tax rebate for the purchase of the electric car. However, we didn’t get that paperwork. We did contact Bradley and he’s looking into it for us.We had a pretty poor experience buying a car at Capital Subaru so I was definitely not wanting to deal with another dealership, but Bradley changed my mind about dealerships being difficult to deal with.”
