“Always a great experience. Even though they were clearly slammed with cars they still took good care of me and had my car back quickly. “In February 2023 key fob all of a sudden was not being recognized when trying to start up my 2006 Mercedes Benz e350 to go to work. I contacted this place from a referral I got from a locksmith, got it towed to location. After diagnostic they found the problem, reprogrammed & made new key with fob at the best price compared to 5 other shops that work on foreign cars in the Greensboro area including the MB dealership of course. They could've charged wayyyy more but didn't. Carr industries worked with me & got it done fast, affordably and the team was very nice n reassuring. As a working class person who don't have much they made it happen. Will go to them for all other needed services, highly recommended !!!!”

“I was referred to these guys by Adam Cigliano who does a lot of body work on the vans at the Amazon hub I work at. They were able to diagnose the hidden stored codes on my Alfa Romeo. Which is saying a lot because most people in the area can't even touch them. They were able to reset the codes and charged me just a half hour of labor. “There is not a diesel issue which Oliver Diesel can‘t figure out. We had our Ford diesel at two different Ford dealerships for an intermittent no start issue. One location told us it was the FICM which we replaced at a tune of $1250.00 after which we still had the no start issue. The other dealership couldn’t figure out the no start issue. We talked with a local diesel repair shop and they told us we needed to install an upgrade kit for the engine to fix the issue. We then heard about Oliver Diesel and took our Ford diesel to them for the no start issue. Within 24 hours they found the issue. It was a cracked fitting for the high pressure oil pump. We definitely recommend Oliver Diesel. We drive 80 miles one way in order to get their excellent service.”

“The cleaning is well done, but admin and communication needs improvement. They were not clear about their no show policy and when communicating cancellation of appointments, they were unclear regarding the policy of cancellation of ALL future appointments. It reflects poorly on a business when they cannot communicate appropriately with clients. In the future, I recommend stating with clarity that no shows lead to cancellation of current and all future appointments.”

My Auto was repaired and the most reasonable rate I ever could have guessed. My Kia had a window that would not work. Kia Battleground over charged me for a temp fix. Tire Max in Stokesdale charged me 300 plus for a diagnostic and wanted for 400 to fix . My son told me about this business as he had a recent great experience.”

“What a guy! Saved me 40k by doing a complimentary pre-purchase inspection on a used truck I was 95% sure about to buy. The truck ran great, looked great and had only 50k mile… but was not selling for months on the Carfax report. Within 15 mins he had figured out the engine was replaced, the trans hose was leaking and it was a flood truck with mold damage. Was kind enough to walk me around the truck showing me all the evidence of hidden modifications. The guys at Autofocus are honest, trustworty, professional, and they care about selling a quality product all while making the customer happy.I had been searching for an 06-10 v8 explorer for years now (they are surprisingly hard to find), and when one popped up for sale at Autofocus i had some family in the area go check it out for me. I live in northern Virginia and James at Autofocus was immediately accomodating to me being out of state, and was happy to let the family i have in the area drive the vehicle to an independent mechanic to inspect it for me. Once i presented the concerns the other mechanic pointed out, Autofocus immediately validated them and fixed the issue with the explorer before i purchased it. They also made the paperwork process smooth and seamless. The vehicle i wound up with is immaculate. Ive looked at several of these explorers for sale now and ive never seen one this clean. Im excited to have the vehicle ive waited so long for, and the guys at Autofocus made it happen!”
