“I booked a reservation on a Sunday to move in on Monday. I received a call later in day, even tho the office was closed, confirming they had received the request. The next day when we arrived Jessica Nicole was in the office. She was backed up with 6 people all showing up at the same time. I waited my turn where she explained the internet was slowing everything down. Even while dealing with this she was sweet and calm making sure everyone got helped as fast as possible. After getting out locker number she met at the gate and navigated us thru to make sure we didn't get blocked by any one else who was also unloading. Jessica was very helpful and efficient even while dealing with delays.”
