“I have had a unit with KC Mini Storage since 2011. The facility is fantastic! I've never had an issue with my unit. The price is fair. They also look after their customers. In a hurried state I've left my storage unit opened and they've phoned me to make sure I was okay and to let me know it was still opened. Then they took care of it for me since I had left town! This is the only place besides my own garage that I would trust with my belongings.”

“I’ve kept my belongings in storage for three years, and when I picked it up last week, I was impressed with how well my belongings maintained over time with hardly any dust, There was no evidence of any rodents present, I was very pleased! I can’t say enough about the help Megan provided. I forgot my key to the lock, and she drove from her house back to work after hours to cut the lock off for me, she did a fabulous job! as far as customer service, James has always been the most polite, well mannered person I would highly recommend them for these reasons!”

“Getting the storage was an easy and fast process. I will say the first time I went to place some items in our storage unit, my entry code was not working, and it happened to be after hours. It was a bit frustrating, but I called customer service for assistance. Thankfully, they were available and helped me get access to my unit.The next day, the office called me back and rectified the situation. I'm pleased with how promptly they addressed the issue.Apart from this minor bump, everything else has been great. The storage facility has been convenient, and the overall experience has been positive. The staff has been friendly and helpful whenever I've needed their assistance.”

“Safe Nest Mooresville has been awesome. Rented a unit for myself in June, smooth easy process at a great price. Then the rest of my family moved here, rented one unit but day of move in realized we needed two. The gentleman that helped me (on the morning of 9/21/23) was beyond amazing and patient. We had no idea how big of a unit we needed and he had to redo our lease several times over the phone while I had my 80 year old grandparents, dogs barking, and the gardener all in the background. I was stressed and all over the place, but he was calm and comforting during the entire process. He was so awesome and helpful! Highly recommended!”

“Needed a couple parking spaces for trailers but one of the spots I chose made it tough to remove the trailer from the hitch. The manager had no issues allowing me to find a more suitable spot and switched everything over. When initially setting up, I had the audacity to arrive 10 minutes before closing but Brie was super friendly and helpful. We were done in time for Brie to close on time. Brie's customer service is everything!”
