“Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Explained how to do a relearn for my TPS sensor...which I didn't realize was a thing. Sadly, my car requires a digital reset as well....but it was certainly worth a try. The worker even explained to my daughter how to tell if oil is synthetic or conventional.”

“Overall, great experience with Don, He kept me well informed with the amount of time that it would take to repair my vehicle. Don and the Technician working on the car, got to the root of my problem. And even though I sat there for four hours, getting repairs done to my brakes And my 30,000 mile check up. don talked with me about five times and kept updated & he also didn’t try selling me countless things I didn’t need and only recommended new tires which I already knew I need. “Had a problem with Toro mower stalling and sounding nasty. Changed the air filter, ($13) drained and replaced the oil. Turned it over and really CLEANED what was under the mower. Grass had accumulated on the side heavily and getting it all out took some elbow grease. But after that it wouldn't start. Husband asked what I had done and told me turning it OVER was bad - gas and oil would travel to places they should not be. I had made things worse. I lwatched videos on the Internet and changed the sparkplug, (another $8) but it still wouldn't start. I was sure I had ruined the mower. Called repair shops, some wouldn't work on Toto, others backed up 3 weeks. RC Lawnmower Repair in Troutman said they would look at it and we just had a feeling we needed to bring them the mower. Good instinct. The girls at the counter listened to our story, said that we had done everything they knew to do. But wait, let us ask the guys in back. Brian came out and asked if we had tried to start the mower with the sparkplug OUT of the machine. We said no. He said that would burn off the oil and gas in places where it was not supposed to be and suggested we try it then. He got the mower out of the vehicle, removed the spark plug, pulled the cord maybe a dozen times. He replaced the sparkplug and the mower started up like new. Imagine that, no three week wait for a simple answer to a sinple question. We were so happy,. I asked what we owed him and he just smiled and said there was no charge. Just remember him when we needed help in the future. I pressed money on him and he said no, he couldn't/wouldn't take my money for 5 minutes of his time. We left thinking there are still good and kind people in our midst. We certainly recommend this shop for anyone in need.”

“I ended up making an unexpected stop here on Tuesday around noon because my new used car, which I had only driven 3 times, had a check engine light come on. I had to drive it back to mocksville, and with both of my children in the car, I wanted to make sure it would be safe. When 1st walking in, I saw 2 associates behind the counter, one female and one male... Neither greeted me, and both kind of made me feel like I was bothering them by asking them for help. The male ended up helping me and used a code reader to let me know what was wrong with my car. Once he began to help me, he became friendlier and honestly did a wonderful job! A little kindness can go a long way, and I greatly appreciate his help that day to make sure my family and I can get home safely. I wish I had gotten his name so that I could praise and thank him, but if he reads this, please know I greatly appreciate the peace of mind you gave me driving my family home and your help.
