“I called about a gas cap they had on one of there shop cars. They told me they did not sale it and may have been custome. He would find out and call me back ( I believe was derrick). I thought I'll never hear back, but about a half hour later he called back, had found out it wasn't a custom cap but from another vendor and they had modified to fit and even told me where to get it. After that customer service they will be my number 1 call for parts from now on”

“The group at Classic Collision (formerly Smitty’s) is terrific! I stopped in today to get an estimate on repairing the rear quarter panel on my car and putting the muffler bracket back in place. I expected to be without my car for a few days and pay $500 - $1,000 for the work. Instead, the estimator came out and fixed it right there in the parking lot in 5 minutes and charged me NOTHING! I know this will not be everyone’s experience, but these guys are amazing! I have been there several times in the past, and they will always be my go-to body shop. “I absolutely can not say enough wonderful things about this store location. My battery was going bad in November 2022, it was a freezing day outside and I have one of the poorest designs to put in a battery. I purchased a Duralast 3 year warranty battery from this store and Store Manager Brandon Lapointe spent the time in the freezing cold to put my battery in. On Sunday Feb 2024, my battery died for no reason. I went to Autozone on McCelland Ave in Mooresville and the guy right from the start seemed unhelpful, he quickly placed tester on there said there was no way he was installing a new one even under warranty and told me battery tested normal. Something in my gut told me to drive a little further back to this Autozone on River highway. Brandon was there and I knew it was him right away. Him and other employee were so helpful and friendly and tested my battery and determined it was in fact bad and cell went bad. Brandon replaced my new battery again absolutely no questions asked. It is so clear to see how much he loves his job and helping people. I will continue to come back again and again!”

“I stopped into Tint World today to see if I could repair my back windshield the tint had bubble up. First he ask me did they do this and I said no. He said let me take a look at and we both walked outside to look and he said yes that they could fix that. I ask him when could they repair and he said right no. He said that he would have to ask me some information and he would give me a quote and he did all of that quickly. He said it would take at least an hour to repair it and replace the tint on my back windshield he explained everything to me about the back windshield because of the defrost and he didn't want to mesh it up. Then he told me his name and I told him my name as wel. Then he said how much the cost would be so I asked him to go ahead and do the job. They did it less than hour and they said that it would be longer but overall it only took about 50 minute. The wait was not long. He took me back outside to look at the job and he explained how it would be after the tint drys if not to bring it back. Great service nice Guys Thank you Rob@ Tint World!!! Catherine Oglesby”
