“I have rented from Enterprise many times and usually have a good experience with them. The service I received at the Mooresville location however, was simply put: AWESOME. They helped me get into a rental with barely any notice at all as my vehicle broke down right before exit 36 (their exit). I was in and out quickly so I was still able to make it to a scheduled appointment. When I had a follow up request, Devan, the branch manager, assisted me immediately with a great deal of kindness.I would absolutely use this branch again and would recommend it to others (ask for Devan!)!”

“We took our 2021 Buick Envision Avenir to Carolina Collision Center for repair and were very pleased with the result. We did have some initial communication difficulties with Craig. However, after Shawn became our contact person, we couldn't have had better service during the entire experience. She was so thoughtful, helpful, and prompt with her follow-up with us. Having worked for General Motors for 32 years, I was pretty knowledgeable as to how things should have been handled, and I give Shawn top marks in every category. We were well pleased with the work done and would certainly use Carolina Collision Center again should the need arise.”
