“Just purchased a truck today. Very friendly group of guys before, during, and after purchase. Worked with me to make sure I was happy and comfortable, answered all of our questions, took plenty of time walking with me around the truck showing me how everything works (lots of extras and custom things on truck), and everyone was very personable. They communicate openly and reliably. No pressure. Environment/staff is also family friendly. We had our grandson with us and they spoiled him too ? I’d definitely recommend to others. “Overall great experience with the guys that work there. John is personable, not pushy for a sale, and is greatly communicative. The outline of the purchase is made very clear and when I declined the add-on options they didn't grill me to try to buy them. Jordy the finance guy was cordial and helpful.
John was great in taking the car to Woodies for a 3rd party inspection that I requested before purchase. There was some minor maintenance to be done for the vehicle based on miles that they (the dealer not Woodies) did for me at an appropriate price that they were able to roll into the financing.
This gets 4 stars out of 5 as it took about 18 business days to get the account closed on my trade in, causing more interest to be charged to the account. I had to get in touch with them several times to ensure it was all going through and found that at one point the check had not been sent. John was very helpful in getting the situation rectified.”

“After shopping around for quite a while for just the right fun summer car, I found it via an online search. I reached out to the folks at Auto Select of Charlotte to see if the car was still available. Justin was quick to respond that yes, the car was still available.
Next hurdle... I live in Maine and the idea of buying a car completely sight unseen was a bit much for me. I asked if they could do a FaceTime walk thru of the car with me and they said not a problem. I was able to see in the car, around the car, asked the sales guy to show me if certain features worked etc. It was the next best thing to being it thr car myself!
Justin got all the paperwork to me and in two days I was on a plane to NC to pick up my Audi A5 convertible.
I arrived at the dealership when they opened. The vehicle was right out front for me. Justin and I took it for a quick spin and within an hour I was on the road for my trekback home.
The car is exactly what I was looking for. Has it's quirks as any used car does but it has added a level of fun to my summer!!
Highly recommend the folks at Select Auto of Charlotte if you're in the market for a well maintained used car. (And their office pup is a sweetheart too!)

“I was concerned with all the negative reviews...before I bought a car there this afternoon. - Car was as advertised (actually better) - Price 3k lower than anywhere else - Within 5 minutes of arriving, salesman handed me the keys and said "go drive it" - Car drove like a dream - Upon return, Salesman greeted me and we walked around the car for a thorough inspection, made the decision to purchase - 10 minutes later I had the financials in front of me that matched EXACTLY the out the door price on the Internet - Zero pressure to buy add-ons, all docs were e-signed - Out the door in 1.5 hours, 30-min of that was working with my credit union to up the daily $$ usage on the card Only negatives were the salesman wasn't exactly warm and fuzzy (not an issue), and there was only one keyfob. The keyfob thing seems to be a common complaint...what are they doing with them? :-) Highly recommend!”
