“Overall I am very pleased with my interaction with this dealer. Chris, the sales rep, was great. He was very responsive and never felt pressured to buy a car. We reached an agreement on the price and we completed the sale. It took no more than 30 minutes to do all the paper work. We bought a 2014 Passat, the car overall was in great condition. There were a few missing items such as: Jack, mirror knob, right rear view mirror, but Chris provided them to me within a week. Keep in mind it is a used car so there is always things that you might end up doing. I did spend an additional $1.3K on regular maintenance stuff after I bought the car (Spark plugs, brakes, coolant flush, serpentine belt, oil change, an oil leak repair, and a new battery). They probably should have done all that for customer convenience; but then the price would have been higher. I was expecting to spend additional dollars on the car given that it was used. I have had the car 4 months and it's running just fine. I am very happy with the purchase.”
