“I walked in with a tire I patched that wasn’t taking air. The manager met me and was up front about having 8 tires to replace for customers in front of me. Even so, he took my tire back and let me watch him try to air it up. He figured out that there was a faulty gasket in the Schrader valve and replaced it for me at no charge! This is all within 1 hour of the business closing for the day. This shop has earned my business and I am glad to rep.”

“I called blacks tire because I was under the impression I needed a new tire. I bought 4 new tires about 5 months ago but I unfortunately ran over a nail. Blacks gave me a pretty good price for a Goodyear tire so I rushed over to get it replaced. The mechanic working on my car brought my tire to me and explained he didn’t even think I needed a new tire. He said since the nail was in a certain spot, he could just remove it and patched the tire. He felt bad since it was a brand new tire, there was no point in buying a 5th. The service was quick! I was there for maybe 15 minutes and in the end I paid nothing! The associate said I was okay to go ahead and leave! It left quite an impression on me and I’ll definitely recommend this location to anyone needing services”

“I literally just came in for a quick lunch. Unfortunately, it was during peak hours. The line was very long, and when I finally made it to the cashier register to order, the guy rang me up wrong and got upset thinking I didn't tell him the correct amount of pizza slices I needed. He did make up by just letting me "have the slice" since they were busy. Other than that, tasty, cheap food to-go. I especially like their hotdog combo plus, Sam's Club has the sauerkraut condiment packets”

They even informed me that, because my car was newer, certain parts of the inspection didn't even apply and didn't have to be performed. I was impressed.
