“I called blacks tire because I was under the impression I needed a new tire. I bought 4 new tires about 5 months ago but I unfortunately ran over a nail. Blacks gave me a pretty good price for a Goodyear tire so I rushed over to get it replaced. The mechanic working on my car brought my tire to me and explained he didn’t even think I needed a new tire. He said since the nail was in a certain spot, he could just remove it and patched the tire. He felt bad since it was a brand new tire, there was no point in buying a 5th. The service was quick! I was there for maybe 15 minutes and in the end I paid nothing! The associate said I was okay to go ahead and leave! It left quite an impression on me and I’ll definitely recommend this location to anyone needing services”

I was treated with the utmost importance and consideration when I needed to replace 2 of my tires. Not only were they courteous but they also went above and beyond. I was so upset that I gave them a wrong tire size and they had ordered them in overnight for me. “Absolutely beyond thankful that I came here. I came here because another shop I went to was going to take a while and wasn't able to do my brakes and tires both. I came in, he test drove my truck and put it up on the lift. He inspected my brakes and even took the time to show me the pads and explain that i did not need brakes. As worried as anyone can be these days about being taken advantage of at the auto shop, it was nice to have someone suggest NOT to spend money on something.
