“I went into this Verizon store with an issue I’ve been dealing with for over a month. I’d spent numerous hours on the phone with Verizon with nothing being resolved. Jordan helped us out and was so patient when we were explaining everything we had been dealing with. The store manager, Bradley, took the time to come check on us and also listened to the challenges we had been facing. “Spectrum isn't bad by any means and when the prices jump after the promotion ends it usually goes up 10 to 15 bucks a month. The staff are pretty friendly and willing to help as much as they can. Definitely recommend making an appointment if you don't want to sit for 30 to 45 min”
