“I had to get me rear bumper repaired and the damage was rather minor, but they did have to replace the entire bumper. They were great, it took about 2 weeks to repair, I was updated (via text) every step of the way. Great communication and great customer service. I'd recommend and (not hoping for it) but if necessary will return in the future.”
“I was sketched out about buying an AutoZone/advance alternator since they barely last 3 years. I brought my OEM alternator in the morning and Melson had it up and running just a few hours later. Hassle free repair and was still cheaper than most of the aftermarket alternators out there. Cannot recommend it enough if you have an original alternator, just get it rebuilt or repaired.”

“I bought complete suspension kit for my 1967 Chevelle. I tried to install rear sway bar it wouldn’t fit. I called and talked to TC very nice guy he said it probably was boxed wrong they sent me a new one no charge. That one didn’t fit either after we talked about it he had figured out that I had the control arm on backwards it was my mistake and he said don’t worry about it. “My car wouldn't start and it had a oil light on, even after changing the oil myself. I called triple A but they didn't have the right battery for me and advised to go to AutoZone. I called AutoZone, panicking a bit and thinking my car repair was going to cost me thousands. Tre calmed me down and advised I come in so that they could take a look at it.
Tre and Brandon both provided exceptional customer service and changed my car battery and tested all of the systems. They earned a new customer today :). Will definitely be going back to this location if I ever get in a pickle again. Thanks guys.”

“Had a problem with Toro mower stalling and sounding nasty. Changed the air filter, ($13) drained and replaced the oil. Turned it over and really CLEANED what was under the mower. Grass had accumulated on the side heavily and getting it all out took some elbow grease. But after that it wouldn't start. Husband asked what I had done and told me turning it OVER was bad - gas and oil would travel to places they should not be. I had made things worse. I lwatched videos on the Internet and changed the sparkplug, (another $8) but it still wouldn't start. I was sure I had ruined the mower. Called repair shops, some wouldn't work on Toto, others backed up 3 weeks. RC Lawnmower Repair in Troutman said they would look at it and we just had a feeling we needed to bring them the mower. Good instinct. The girls at the counter listened to our story, said that we had done everything they knew to do. But wait, let us ask the guys in back. Brian came out and asked if we had tried to start the mower with the sparkplug OUT of the machine. We said no. He said that would burn off the oil and gas in places where it was not supposed to be and suggested we try it then. He got the mower out of the vehicle, removed the spark plug, pulled the cord maybe a dozen times. He replaced the sparkplug and the mower started up like new. Imagine that, no three week wait for a simple answer to a sinple question. We were so happy,. I asked what we owed him and he just smiled and said there was no charge. Just remember him when we needed help in the future. I pressed money on him and he said no, he couldn't/wouldn't take my money for 5 minutes of his time. We left thinking there are still good and kind people in our midst. We certainly recommend this shop for anyone in need.”
“This is one of the bigger NAPA stores. Got a battery replacement for my motorcycle. Gave me the choice of a lithium battery. Very lightweight and smaller footprint. So far so good. I’ll have to purchase a separate lithium battery if I need to recharge. One drawback. Parts guy was very helpful. The store in Huntersville is much smaller and did not stock the battery.”

“Absolutely one of the best kept secrets in Denver/Charlotte NC! You're crazy not going to these guys for performance work!!! I had an issue with a crate motor, Tom took on the project and cleaned up the mess, upgraded and created a bulletproof valvetrain and the performance is off the chain... and Im still in break-in mode! Pricing was more than fair and he got me out of a bind with a week turnaround.
I got to tour the shop and its beyond impressive. I've been in race shops and engine shops 100x but this was something different. The whole place from the front office, to the Dyno and Parts Shelves are all designed for one purpose and that's to build solid HP in a very professional environment.
