“I had such a good experience at this store that I am now officially brand loyal to Reebok. The employee who helped me today was so kind and helpful. She let me shop without interruption but was always available for help as needed. She even went the extra mile to offer an item she thought I might like, and saved me a few bucks. I wish more retail stores had staff like this; she’s a wonderful example of providing an excellent customer experience.”

“We visited the outlet & my boyfriend wanted to come here. He was looking for some specific shoes that this store didn't have. The staff welcomed us in and asked if we needed help. We just browsed around up and down the aisles. The store was organized and need. There was lots of clearance shoes in men's and women's sizes. We didn't purchase anything that day, but we will definitely go back.”
“Eliane working the cash register and customer service here provided amazing support and I'm happy with her service. She was efficient, attentive and super patient with me. I bought a lot of stuff and paid for it and then realized I had a 10% off coupon that I forgot to use. It was black Friday, one of their busiest days and with not even a hint of hesitation, she went through a return of every single item I had bought and rescanned each of those with the 10% off coupon. That's going above and beyond! It was a 10% drop in what I paid them, but Timberland now earned a customer for life! She's an asset to Timberland!”

When we arrived to thr store to pick them up, he recalled our conversation a day was able to quickly help us. He relieved so much stress from me because I would have driven around looking for them. “Last minute shopping on Christmas eve. Store was not busy at all. Store associates were super helpful. We got in and out in less than 30 minutes. Meanwhile the Nike outlet has a line out rhe door.”
