We just browsed around up and down the aisles. The store was organized and need. There was lots of clearance shoes in men's and women's sizes. “Eliane working the cash register and customer service here provided amazing support and I'm happy with her service. She was efficient, attentive and super patient with me. I bought a lot of stuff and paid for it and then realized I had a 10% off coupon that I forgot to use. It was black Friday, one of their busiest days and with not even a hint of hesitation, she went through a return of every single item I had bought and rescanned each of those with the 10% off coupon. That's going above and beyond! It was a 10% drop in what I paid them, but Timberland now earned a customer for life! She's an asset to Timberland!”
