I would rather roll around in broken glass than ever be a spectrum customer again. Internet sucks, customer service sucks, instead of buying a router from them just stand out side the store and burn a wad of cash. Either way you wont have signal.

My husband & I went in to change from Verizon to Spectrum mobile. Representative was very knowledgeable and helpful with our transition. Answered all of my questions and even though the store was packed, she was calm and kept her focus on us.
Came back about a month later to upgrade my husband's phone and same, great experience! Store was busy so there was a bit of a wait but our sales representative was focused and quick.

We would like to commend the excellent customer service provided to us by Mr. Dexter Briscoe, Sales Specialist at the Sanford Spectrum location at 3056 South Horner Boulevard. On multiple visits to this store, we were assisted by Mr. Briscoe, and we were highly impressed by his professionalism, enthusiasm, and friendliness. We had many questions regarding cell phones and tablets, and he graciously spent the time to efficiently answer our questions regarding our purchases and knowledgably explain our Spectrum services. The courteous manner in which he treats us makes it a pleasure to do business at this location. Mr. Briscoe goes far beyond his job duties to show his customers that they are valued by the company. He is the kind of employee who deserves recognition and compensation by the company, and Spectrum should be proud to have him as a Sales Specialist. Donna and Bill Clements

Went to return spectrum equipment and they sent us somewhere else and said "you can take it to UPS where they're paid to take it" um? Excuse me? Are you not being paid an hourly wage? UPS told us the workers are JUST LAZY and do this all the time.
Manager of this store needs to take note of this lazy and unacceptable behavior. Some retraining and some MANNERS are in order

I hate to say it but the guy who waited on me to do my upgrade was a bit of a douche bag. Not encouraging or friendly at all whatsoever. I know he was telling me that there’s no difference in the iPhone but that’s not his call to make if someone wants to upgrade regardless. Not a pleasant person at all. And just to let you know I asked him for a blue iPhone first and he gave me black instead with no explanation. I just took it because I really thought he was rude and arrogant and I wanted out of the store.
