went to discuss charge on my bill for a box cable that I returned when it was Charter comm. that Im still being charged for when I returned it years ago. Was told if i dont have the receipt there is nothing can be done .bUlls.....t

Spectrum has great customer service inside the store. I upgraded my router and modem. I swapped out the old equipment and received new equipment. Great job!
