Got my new 2023 Ford F-250 delivered from Cloninger Ford today. I paid 3k over sticker for a new truck but received a truck with 1500 miles on it. The general manager took it to the Outer Banks on a fishing trip prior to delivery. Shame on me for buying from Cloninger Ford.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Emailed to ask about a vehicle for purchase and they stopped responding halfway through the process. Called to check in hours later and they said they were working on it. Never heard back from them since. Stay away from this place.
