“10 out of 10!! Honesty and integrity seem to be getting harder and harder to find these days, it's good to know that people like Ron still exist! My son was in a situation where someone could easily take ADVANTAGE of him (out of town and out of luck) but Ron went above and beyond to take CARE of him.We live in TN but while in NC his truck's transmission went kaput, he knew no one or anything about the area, We found Ron on Google and decided to try our luck.. When Ron heard and understood the situation he told him to bring it on in and rearranged his schedule to get him back on the road as quick as possible (he even gave him a ride back to his hotel!). He did the rebuild in record time and at an exceptional price (even have a 12 month warranty so he stands behind his work). His shop is closed on Fridays but he made accommodation for him to pick it up then so he wasn't stranded in a strange town all weekend,But this story isn't over.. Upon pick up, the drive shaft broke just after pulling out of the lot (it already had a weak spot but the timing, UGH!) Ron again helped him get it back on the lot and let him keep it there over the weekend. My son was able to procure the needed part early the next week and Ron let him have it delivered to the yard then even installed it for him!There are not enough positive words to describe Ron's Transmission - Honest work, Friendly service, Extremely reasonable prices. If your child is ever away from home and stranded I hope they find a 'Ron' to care for them, he is truly a blessing. Thanks for caring for my baby, Ron!”
“I called this place on a whim when my Honda Odyssey broke down off exit 81 Long Ferry Rd in Spencer, NC. at the Handy Hugo. I got out and checked and realized it was my CV axle on the driver's side was broke. So I called this place and got a hold of Dwayne the owner and he was absolutely phenomenal to deal with. He understood the urgency of my issue and got my vehicle in right away. I had a CV axle in the vehicle but it was for the wrong side so Dwayne got me one right away had it put on and done within no time. He's a great mechanic and does awesome work and I'm so glad that I found him and will continue to use him for all my car issues. If your looking for a good honest mechanic who does quality work for a fair price then Dwayne is your guy! I highly recommend Dwayne for all your car needs and you won't be disappointed either!!!”
“We were referred to this shop by a friend, who gave 5 stars as well! Wanted to have our lil Scion looked over before we head back west. The car was running rough and using oil, but no visible leaks! After a few hours, the car was finished. No problems that could be detected, we just needed to run thicker oil in these hot/humid conditions. We now have an honest and knowledgeable mechanic in NC. “Very good service and very good people. I have dealt with them probably 5-6 times and always a good experience. First went and had custom exhaust made for my Lexus build and came out way better in cost and the work than buying a bolt on. He even flared the exhaust to go over my control arms better when I air out the suspension. Highly recommend and will definitely continue to go there as well as refer to them. Thanks guys!”

New bumper ,grill, paint and what a fabulous job they did. I was even more surprised they cleaned my car and even the inside. It looked like I just had it detailed. Awesome place. “In my opinion, the Car Clinic in Salisbury is THE place to take your vehicle for repairs. Chris and his wife, Kelly, have taken care of our vehicles for many years. They are both very knowledgeable about vehicles, are very friendly, and are Godly folks. I must share our most recent experience. We needed new shocks on our Nissan Murano. I asked them to also check in the back for a noise that had been driving me insane for several months. Imagine my embarrassment when it turned out to be a red flag I had tied to the antenna so I could easily find my vehicle in parking lots. It was flapping in the wind. I removed the flag and no more noise...and no charge for their wisdom! You guys rock!!”

“A few days ago while driving, my mom hit a part of a semi truck tire in the road. There was no way to avoid it. We pulled over and found damage to the front of the car which made it difficult to drive. Wagner’s auto was the closest place and we headed there. Mr Wagner was incredible. He could tell we were shaken up and came to take a look at the car. He assured us he had the time and could make it safe to drive. He was just so helpful, friendly and caring. We were able to drive home safely thanks to his kindness. He even shared some photos of his dogs with us after seeing my sister’s dog. We’re so thankful for him and his auto repair shop!”
