“I looked all over for a certain cell phone. I called multiple boost stores. Basically, all of the stores in Raleigh! Not one could help me or seems to want to help. However, I got in touch with an associate at this location. Her name is Jessica, and she not only ordered the phone I needed she made sure to text me personally with updates on when it would be delivered. I am extremely happy with her help. I will now drive 30 mins out of my way just to do business at this location in the future.”

ALEA assisted me with processing a replacement phone, per my insurance!
She worked with me on two occasions and both times she was knowledgeable, professional, and seemed to like people and her job (which is a rarity today lol)!
We encountered other reps who left A LOT to be desired, as to customer service professionalism - It was nothing major (i.e. was indirect) which is why I'm not going to put their names on BLAST!

Very clean store and helpful Target representatives assisted when I asked for help. The multi-packs of earrings had missing pairs. This area needs to be replenished. “I had an issue with my SIM card and didn't remember my security code. Chris and Lizabeth were patient and suggested different possible pins until we stumbled on the right one to get into my account. They swapped the SIM card and now my phone is working fine. Great service!!!!”
