They didn't even charge me!!I called last minute and made an appointment for the same day to have an estimate done because my car was keyed. I had already received another estimate from another body shop for $1600. Amy, at Piperformance, came out and looked at the damage. She thought it could be buffed out but also explained that if it couldn't be buffed out, all that would go into making the repair. A technician came out and was indeed able to buff it out. The expensive repair was not called for and they did not even charge me for what they did. I would recommend this shop to any and everyone!”

Their estimate was very detailed and Garret clearly explained the repair process and reason for the parts/calibrations as recommended by Audi for the needed fender replacement which I appreciated. Their communications was excellent from the scheduling of the car drop off throughout the repair via text messages. Yes, they completed the repair on the date they estimated.”

“I've owned several Saab's over the years and after taking my car to Superior I can't imagine going anywhere else!!! Jason, the service manager was so nice and super helpful when it came to explaining what issues my car had been having. They did something called a digital inspection of my car, where I got sent a report through my phone that showed me pictures of my car and the problem areas. They also gave me a free window treatment just for coming in. Overall, super impressed with this company and how comfortable I felt going there, definitely recommend!”

I called Auto Body Xperts and they were going to allow me to drop off my car the same day if I were able to go retrieve my car from my initial shop.The lady on the phone also informed me I had the right to choose any shop I want to go to and that I don't have to go with one that's partnered with my insurance company (I already knew this, but her informing me of this was very nice for those who may not know). At the same time she was not pushy at all about me getting service done with them.
