“I went there today to get some information on trailers and narrow down what I was looking for. After first pulling into their lot, I was a little skeptical. DO NOT LET LOOKS FOOL YOU! Everyone I interacted with was nice and knowledgeable. After being sent to their trailer lot to meet with Everette, I knew I had come to the right place. He listened to what I was looking for, then knew exactly what to show me to help narrow down what I wanted. He was VERY knowledgeable on all the trailers in the lot and admitted anything he was not certain about. Everette spent a long time explaining the differences between trailers to me and giving his personal pros and cons about each. There was NO pressure from his side on pushing towards a purchase, but rather was just focused on informing me on the inventory. I am typically hesitant on visiting dealers due to the usual salesman but I was comfortable throughout my visit to this dealer. When I go to buy a trailer, I will be giving Rigsbee my business as it has a personal and professional feel.Lastly, their pricing on the lot seemed to be straightforward and VERY reasonable.”

“On Saturday, December 10, I entered the store to purchase screws and the manager was assisting another customer. As I was standing in line, he provided excellent service to the customer ahead of me. Also, there was a new associate that just started working. He was very patient and helpful to him too. He was explaining how ring my item up. As I was exiting the store, the manager exited shortly after I did. He was explaining that I need to get my rim inspected, that it could cause a future problem. I greatly appreciate it his advice.”
