“I’ve been in the Rocky Mount store several dozen times and this positive experience was no different. The staff in this store is very knowledgeable and helped me change plans and obtain a hotspot on my phone. They also used my AARP membership for a discount for which I was grateful. When the store is busy, these two fellows can multitask and the wait is never that long. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and very efficient. The staff and the support that I get at the store is the main reason I stay with AT&T products.”
“I came into the Cricket store in Rocky Mount and was greeted by Taylor. She was very welcoming. I was porting my line from boost to get one of the free phones. After talking to her for a little while she was showing me the family plans and how it would be cheaper to have more people on my line after making a phone call to a few coworkers I now have 3 lines for $110 a month! Taylor got all my information transferred from old phone and was very quick but informative. Recommend this store 100%. The environment was very welcoming and it smelled amazing in there! She even showed me how to save money on my bill with referring others to them! I will be comming back to switch my mothers line to them as well! Best customer service I’ve ever had.”

“Went in today after dropping my phone in water at the beach screen had water damage and wouldn’t work. AJ fixed my problems and got me out the door in 5 minutes and hooked me up with a brand new case and screen protector so it wouldn’t happen again. Very professional and he’s open on holidays if your like me and have an emergency”
