I called the wrong store and despite being from Virginia Arnold sat on a 40 minute call with me to assist a major issue I had with a SIM card. Very friendly, helpful, and professional. Arnold is a GOAT for this and definitely receives all the praise.

I had a few issues with my account and needed to upgrade some lines on my account. Dee assisted with all my needs and questions to make sure I was getting what I needed and the right deal for me. She was patient and attentive.
