As a medical fitness center, FirstHealth Fitness – Richmond is more than just a gym. All of our programs are medically based and under the supervision of a medical doctor. They feature the latest in cardio and weight training equipment, as well as innovative group exercise classes. The aquatics center houses an indoor heated pool, whirlpool, sauna and steam room.
