They were very professional polite OnPoint done an excellent job.. all in all, just some very stand-up guys I would recommend them to everyone.

You can’t beat the price, staff is very friendly and you just wanna lift and do some cardio this is your place!

If your looking for a bunch of fancy equipment, then this is not the gym for you. This is an old school ruff n tough gym. A quiet place to come, get in shape and build muscle. There are no fancy spas and juices. There is a lot of iron. Come pick some up and grow stronger.
