I ordered flyers online and I don’t understand the purpose of “easy pick up” and the site telling me to go to the photo area but I come in and that’s not at all the case. I have to wait in a separate line than prints? Make it make sense

Needed to pick up a single page document print. There were two staff with only 1 taking customers, resulting in a massive line wait which also included people buying products. Slowest and laziest performance I’ve seen at a Walgreens yet
