“Fantastic selection of rare / sought after toys. Was quite an amazing sensory experience simply walking through the aisles. The owner is very friendly and helped me find what I was looking for!”

There are lots of crying babies on Sunday & childlike adults. I love kids .... however, letting kids run all over and taking things just isn't my thing. The staff is very helpful. :)”
“Love this store. They have some for every child. And I know there’s more to explore. Plus free gift wrapping! Love going here for birthday presents and even just to get ideas for my kids. Such a fantastic store!”
“Best place to go for comics in the Raleigh area! The owner, Dan, is SOOO incredibly well-versed in all genres and titles. You lose time talking with him and reminiscing about certain runs or artists work on certain titles, and the directions that the characters took in their evolution. Every time I step in this place you lose track of time talking and going through new and old stock. I definitely recommend going here if you have been into comics forever or you have a brand new reader wanting to get into the hobby. And everything is so clean and organized too!!!!!”
“Great store. It’s located in the old Disney store. It is really the only option of toy store in town compared to the big box target or walmart. Great selection of toys and it’s stocked. Has plenty of plush toys, arts and crafts toys and kites. My nephew and niece loved the store will come again with them in the future when they visit.”
“First of all I want to say that this is a wonderful family-owned business, and they are very helpful, polite and accommodating. But I got to witness first hand today some of the things that they put up with. While an employee was trying to explain to a woman that the buying hours were over for the day and they were swamped, the woman got nasty and complained that she had come last week and had wasted her time (all of their directions are on their website, social media, phone, and a board outside so really no excuse to why you can't understand). And the employee tried to explain that her mother had a stroke so they were short staffed and with the holiday they will be closed. And told her when they going to purchase items again. And that was not good enough for this customer and she said some rude things that were uncalled for, and was just down right mean. I feel for these employees and business owners having to navigate this new world full of meanness and lack of understanding.”
“Cozy and very, nice and helpful staff ✨I had a huge stack of books they held for me at the front and without me asking they already were looking to see if there was a special edition set in the back so I wouldn't have to purchase them all individually 5/5”
“It’s such a great franchise. Children find very educational and stimulating toys, books science projects, kid’s accessories and costumes. They also have special events. They have silhouette artist Cindi Rose at some of them. She did them for me at a party at my home. If you see my photo, as Star Silhouette, my silhouette is in there.”
“Very helpful and friendly staff. Taylor was incredible getting me processed in, technician was good and doctor was both professional and helpful answering all my questions. Highly recommend.”
“This place was just so fun filled amazing play friendly and really enjoyed it. Also, you are constantly seeing marbles workers throughout making sure they stay cleaned and disinfected and sanitized and they always ask how you are doing and if you need anything! Keep up the great work!”
“This store is going to break me, lol. Every time I go in, I take my list, but then upon arrival, I find all of these additional bargains, great values on name brands. Tough to beat their products, or their service. Every employee that I have met here has been friendly, smiling, and appear to be happy to see their Customers. Unlike some of the big box stores, the employees will speak when they see you in the aisles, and offer to help. They are always staffed appropriately, to maybe a little lean, however I have never been ignored in this store, while employees are talking to each other.”
“Great place. The female employee that had glasses was super helpful. She was able to answer all my questions and when she didn't know the answer, she looked them up for me”

4209 Lassiter Mill Rd #128, Raleigh“I think this is a super cute locally owned bookstore. Tucked away in North Hills it's perfect if you are looking to buy a gift and not go to one of the bigger super stores. I also love that if you are signed up for their loyalty program they do free gift wrapping. Literally the perfect spot if you are trying to grab something and are quickly running out of time to wrap it. The selection has a little something for every kid- toys, games, puzzles, kits, stuffed animals, you name it!!”
“Most of the staff was great, the one who filled my daughter's bear was not very enthusiastic and made my daughter feel awkward. I was disappointed bc this was her first time at build a bear. The woman who checked us out was so sweet though ♥️”
“Great shop... tons of merchandise and the staff were super friendly and helpful. They have a huge selection of in stock products for HO, N and O scale. Also, the prices are very competitive and there was also a selection of some used models too for a great price. Definitely worth stopping in...!!!”
