The man who helped me, Jesse, was very helpful and patient with me as I tried to figure out how I wanted to send my packages back home. Also, this store has a kiosk where you can print out photos directly from your phone. I tried this, and the photos were great quality! “I’ve never left a review but felt the need in hopes that it helps someone out in the future. I had an out of country trip coming up in 3 weeks and realized my passport had expired. I found online that custom postal helps with the passport expediting process. Kelly was extremely helpful and got me in touch with Paul who guided me through the process. Not to mention, this was a Sunday morning and both Kelly and Paul were willing to help. After filling out the proper paperwork and sending to Paul, my passport was in my mailbox that following Thursday. It may cost you a pretty penny but Kelly and Paul’s assistance was priceless since I’ll be able to join our family trip in a couple weeks.Hope this post helps someone who is as stressed out as I was.”

Brian, a staff member, went above and beyond to assist me. Instead of simply allowing me to print the document out, he offered to print my document on the store's copier. This solution was not only faster than if I had printed it myself, but the quality was also excellent. I'm extremely grateful for Brian's exceptional service and highly recommend this location. “To Whom It May Concern:My experience I had today at the Staples on Wake Forest Road was positive. But it didn't start that way. Let me explain. I walked into the store with my pal Kyle and yea. I had my "big cup" of lemonade with me. No lid. Big whoop. We are harmlessly walking through the aisles and all of a sudden a white male, 26 years old, 153 pounds, starts walking towards me, with what I thought was the obvious intention to take away my big cup. As he approached me down aisle 7, I implemented evasive maneuvers out the back side of the aisle, only to find that another male employee (white, age 24.5, 162 pounds, 36in wing span) was approaching me from my left. Now a victim of an L shaped ambush, canalized into the narrow area between aisles 6 and 7, I had no choice but to stand my ground against the approaching staff. Turns out - they had just been trying to catch up with us to see if we found everything we were looking for, and actually, we did. Kyle came there for some rolls of tape and he found them. Scotch. They're nice. We made our way to the front of the store and I was able to hang on to my big cup and tested out some of the mechanical keyboards and gaming chairs on the way too, all without spilling a single drop of my lemonade. All in all a nice trip and I will be back should Kyle need tape again and I happen to be tagging along.”
