“Do yourself a favor and never walk into a CVS Or Walgreens again. Better Life Pharmacy is owner operated and by the nicest people I must add. If you call they answer the phone right away and there is never a wait. You should definitely get your prescriptions filled here.”

“The absolute BEST pharmacy in the Triangle. Very family oriented. They always call if there is an issue with my prescriptions, and they have a great program that allows you to get all of your meds on the SAME DAY. It's much better than chain pharmacies!! Oh, and they actually answer the phone. You don't have to talk to an automated system, and THEN get put on hold for 30 minutes! I love this place!!”

“Great selection of organic and nonorganic produce. Staff are helpful and friendly. The prices are reasonable and the store is clean. I have enjoyed meeting with friends at the wine bar for a glass of prosecco, and we often share a charcuterie tray while we sit to enjoy the live music. The wine bar is not at every Harris Teeter location, and we feel our neighborhood store is a nice place to catch up, and wine-by-the-glass prices are good. There is even a half-price day, though I can not recall what day it is exactly. This location also has a Harris Teeter gas station. You can use your store card to get a discount on their gas, too.”
“Wonderful grocery shopping, the staff is always polite and friendly with a smile every time you walk in. The manager Mr. Jimmy is more than helpful with any questions or concerns you may have. It is refreshing to shop here where the food is as fresh as the employees are as welcoming. Definitely my home town grocery store.”
“Really kind and understanding staff; I'd used online shopping services from here a few times, stopped by in person for the first time midway through a long midday walk. The place looks really clean and well-organized, none of the staff seemed to be in a rush and yet I was able to buy a couple small items and go along my way in record time. Easily one of the best Harris Teeter locations in the area, will likely be stopping by more frequently!”

She asked if I wanted the pizza extra warmed up & showed me where the crushed peppers and Parmesan cheese packets were at. (I didn’t realize they offer those). She made a small conversation. Her customer service was 110%. Lifted my mood so thank you.”

“Truly an incredible local business. They were so kind and went above and beyond for me. My dog's vet gave me a prescription for an anti-seizure medication that they did not carry. After going to multiple chain pharmacies, I was told by all of them that the prescription could not be filled for at least 4 days. I called Falls River Pharmacy in a state of panic, frustration and desperation. They were closing in 4 minutes and I was about 10 minutes away. They still had to check if the meds were in stock, count the pills to make sure they even had enough to fill the Rx and stayed after hours to accommodate me and my dog. I will eternally be grateful to them for showing kindness, compassion and going the extra mile. I will only come to Falls River moving forward for all my pharmacy needs. They are more than just a business, they treat their customers like family.”

“I go to this Harris Teeter a lot. They have a good selection, including a large selection of healthy foods. The staff are fairly friendly. The one curious thing about this Harris Teeter is that they typically have an armed guard on duty at night (the surrounding area does not seem that challenging).”

“I have been extremely happy with the customer service at this HT. Kudos to management. Previously I received excellent service at the pharmacy, their Starbucks, flowers and gifts and recently the Customer Service desk. I purchase groceries often and enjoy the fruits, sushi and all bakery goods. I absolutely love their cakes !!!!!! Recently I visited to rent a Rug Doctor carpet cleaning machine. Stephanie was wonderful. I called ahead and verified they had one in stock, arrived and was given the rental document to complete. Rug Doctor was an answer to a prayer. I was able to clean my carpets immaculately. Dropping off the machine was a breeze. Staff here values their customers and I will be a loyal customer time and time again.”

“Easy in easy out. Hoses extension so you can pump gas from either side. Pay at the pump and scan and pay from the app are your payment options. You must have an active Sam's card to get gas

I’m not typically so gushing in reviews but credit where credit is due.We all know the frustration of the big brand pharmacies; you will find none of that here. Moreover, she genuinely cares – what a difference it makes.I only wish that other shops had the same philosophy and customer centric approach that OneRx has. This place is a gem!”

I have other pharmacies closer to me but I always come here, she’s amazing.And yes, like any other pharmacy if you come here after 5:00 chances are there will be a wait for pickup, but I’m yet to find any other that don’t have this issue.Me and my family love this pharmacy and the pharmacist that runs it, sometimes playing so many different roles at the same time. She’s amazing.”

They even have my Favorite espresso powder for neatly $2 Cheaper than the Same kind at Wholefoods.
My only quibble is I personally don't buy baked goods there bc they are made with lots of long named chemical stuff But

As much as you guys Try to market to Upmarket folks you Should be Well aware that your recipes are same fair for baked goods as Food Lion & Walmart
Which is something I've Talked to my upmarket clients about

“This review is for the pharmacy. Know that this is a very old store and not a Super Center. It's more of a convenience stop for necessities. Get in and get out. Everyone in the pharmacy does an exceptional job, and the prices are often cheaper than a copay. Way way better than Walgreens. Once you get into the Walmart pharmacy system, you can easily fill prescriptions at any Walmart.”
“Incredibly fast mail service. I use them for a prescription that would be $100 per month via my CVS Caremark insurance, Oakridge is $35 per month. Wish they had online or auto-refill but the calls are always answered quickly and efficiently.”
