  Took an hour to get to the counter and then another 20 minutes to get the car. It was busy and they did have 3 counters open, longest I wanted to get a car. The staff was really great and helpful, drop off was easy.

  Agent at Miami International Airport was really helpful. Overall service was good.

  I do not recommend it. They gave me a mini van instead a mid size car I rented online. Plus, I paid a price online, then at the airport, they charged me more. If you want the service you really need, don't get this one, even if is cheaper because it isn't.
