“Absolutely fabulous experience working with Gina and her team! We started with tiling and got the benefit of years of design experience! Gina and Cristian were amazing from start to finish! We ended up using them for countertops, cabinets, exterior stone and then with design and install of a custom fireplace. Every aspect of the process (including price) was incredible. I wish I had found them earlier in our build process as I could have saved a lot of time and effort! They answer calls, give advice, find alternatives when needed…and do it all with a smile! And they have just enough room in their driveway for one truck they will come bang on your door at 6 in the morning to move to get their trucks and side the gate. “Cary Granite installed quartz countertop in our kitchen last December and they did a superb job. We selected them seeing their Google reviews and are very glad to have done so. They were first in our list of installers. They invited us to visit their showroom. We liked some of the quartz slabs they had in stock. There was absolutely no pressure but always honest responses to our queries. Kate Murphy was wonderful and she responded to our emails promptly. We did get quotes from two other installers: one came lower and the other higher than Cary Granite's. But what made us select Cary Granite was their trust in us. We asked them about payment and was told to write a check and give it to their installers after they have completed the job. But the other two installers wanted us to pay 50% of the cost before the slab is cut and the other 50% before the installers enter your house! This showed that they had no trust in us and found it unacceptable. So, we signed up with Cary Granite. They were very helpful, professional, and accommodating from start to finish. Owen did a great job with templating, and both he and Kate sent us pictures before the slab was cut and sought our input. We wanted a "zero-reveal" sink installation. They told us that though they mostly do a "slight negative reveal" installation, they will do a "zero-reveal" installation for us. The seam is where they told us it should be and you can hardly see it. Luis and his team of installers did a great job and the countertop looks like a piece of art. We are so glad to have gone with Cary Granite, and if we have to do another installation, we won't contact any other installer but sign up with Cary Granite right away.”

“This store is going to break me, lol. Every time I go in, I take my list, but then upon arrival, I find all of these additional bargains, great values on name brands. Tough to beat their products, or their service. Every employee that I have met here has been friendly, smiling, and appear to be happy to see their Customers. Unlike some of the big box stores, the employees will speak when they see you in the aisles, and offer to help. They are always staffed appropriately, to maybe a little lean, however I have never been ignored in this store, while employees are talking to each other.”
