He worked tirelessly to figure out what the problem was, and finally got it all working after at least a couple of hours-included deleting and reinstalling the app, calling Chamberlain Customer Service x 2, and helping me recreate a totally new email and account for the My Q app. There are not enough words to thank Phillip and not enough superlatives to describe his determined customer service!!!
