All this time was spent for ordering just 1 shirt since they said they want to provide a great experience regardless of order size.”

“Over many visits to this store, I have always found that every staff member was very friendly, very helpful, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable! Nick helped me today with wading boots and he knows the fishing gear inside and out. Ask for him and you won't be disappointed. (And he gave me some good recommendations for specific flies to use on the Eno River, where I'm going next.)
And major kudos to the Orvis customer satisfaction policy. My Orvis boots had a premature sole failure and Nick helped me with a credit for a boot upgrade. Fabulous service!
Personally, I’d like to see higher ratio of fishing gear to clothing. But the (very nice) clothes are evidently quite popular, so I can't really fault Orvis for offering such a big selection.”

They have a small kids gift section, some home and bath gift options, a rack with inclusive plus sizing, spacious try on rooms, and friendly, attentive staff! Had a nice time perusing and chatting. Got a lovely, high quality dress and will probably go back to get the other one I liked before I leave Raleigh. Definitely worth a stop in!”

I went to see Tyshineak to get my lashes done (yep this is back when she used to do lashes) and I ended up shopping and grabbing a few very cute clothing items. “We went to the Crabtree brooks brothers after going to multiple other stores to look for my fiancés suit for our wedding. This is new territory for us as we are young and have never bought a suit before. Prior to going to brooks brothers we were looked at as stupid from multiple stores and received no help. As soon as we walked into brooks brothers Susan greeted us kindly and was SO HELPFUL. She spent a lot of time finding the perfect suit for my fiancé. We felt respected and that we were taken seriously and she helped us make sure we found the perfect fit for both our wedding and rehearsal dinner. Yuri, the tailor, also came out to make sure we were purchasing the correct size for the best outcome. Susan, you are the best. Will be returning for any future needs we have!”

“Wonderful customer service! I was able to find a few cute dresses that serve wide range of uses. I appreciate that most items were available in several colors. That being said, it seems they keep more stock of Small sized items. If you wear medium or large, buy an item when you see it because it may not be available later.
The quality of the dresses I found were great. Solid stitching. Built-in slips. Material was not sheer. Material was soft to the touch. Well-constructed necklines and cuts. Great fit overall.”

“Best Gap location in the triangle! I normally shop at Southpoint and will exclusively shop at this location because of how kind and attentive they are here. I work in retail and unfortunately retailers do not a lot enough payroll to support all the workload. I came in on 7/12 at 4:40pm and was met with a lovely woman (clearly the manager) who was helping multiple people but still noticed me in line and expedited my return process by directing me to the gap kids side. At the register was, Makila (spelling?), who was so kind and promptly made my return. I cannot express enough how nice these 2 workers were considering how understaffed they were. You could tell they care about their customers and are willing to go above and beyond and maintain a good attitude while multitasking.”
