“Ventured here too get pandora charms and i did not want to go to a certain overly crowded, overly popular, overly rated shopping mall in Raleigh that is just horrible.The Pink Pearl was such a pleasant experience and found a couple charms i wasn't expecting for the wife.The only downside is the parking at this strip mall. It is just bananas and almost as bad as that mall in Raleigh. But the one on one, no rush friendly service made it worth while.”
“Small retail spot but offers a surprisingly good amount of product for both women and men (men’s section is about a 1/4 of the store). Lots of denim options, so we were a bit overwhelmed. We asked Gabriela if she could help, and she accepted without hesitation. She was very polite, pleasant, and patient to work with. It honestly made our visit worth it, so thank you Gabriela! It’s nice to know that they offer free hemming on in-store and online orders. Not instant turnaround, but it’s reasonable and free.”

“I visited this AE location on April 1, 2023. Upon entering, I was greeted immediately. The store was clean, literally spotless, and very organized. Throughout my shopping experience, I was checked on. The staff was visible throughout the store in almost every area I browsed. Everyone seemed happy to be working and open to assisting you with your shopping experience. An equal amount of attention was shown to each customer. I enjoyed my experience here. I found some flare jeans on clearance. Super cute on me!The Aerie side of the store was also great. I feel an extremely happy and confident aura in Aerie with the positive body and beauty affirmations around the store. What a way to elevate the shopper's experience. It got me! AE & Aerie is a YES for me. I loved it!”

“Ross at the Crossroads Plaza is fantastic!!! The store has everything and anything you might need or didn't know you needed, from all kinds of clothing to athletic gear to hats to purses to jewelry to kitchenware to shoes, etc. For example, I have gotten multiple tops there, as well as a warm Columbia beige fleece jacket! Ross is a great store with friendly staff, and has a large variety of unique finds, so a store visit is like a treasure hunting experience. They also have great deals and bargains because they sell quality items at great prices. Ross is also located at a prime location at Crossroads Plaza, which is a beautiful shopping / dining plaza with a mix of national retailers, contemporary brands, and distinctive shops and dining. I would highly recommend shopping at Ross!!!”

“They had some good finds. My 16 year old is obsessed with juicy couture so I am no stranger to Burlington, and have been to every one of them from Fayetteville- Raleigh. I didn’t think the store was dirty. Sure it’s a little “messy” but I’ve never been in a discount store that wasn’t and while my daughter and I were there several employees were organizing and cleaning stuff. There were 2 people in line in front of us checking out but it was pretty late in the evening. You’re not a real Burlington shopper if you can’t get over a little mess and know that late night trips are the best trips.”
