Parts man is extremely rude. He insisted on speaking only to my husband even after I told him twice it was my automobile. Salesman John Marble I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. He is very thoughtful and an excellent salesman who went out of his way to ensure I was happy with my beautiful Audi.

He is recommending replacement of all wipers as they're smearing, to replace the wipers is $193.33 plus tax, would you like us to proceed with that? yeah, $200 or wipers.

I wish I could give zero stars. Service department was unresponsive and couldn't give a shit. Have them a second chance when I had an emergency issue come up and they told me they could get me in for service in 7 weeks. Do yourself a favor and just drive to Cary.
