“Daniella and everyone I’ve talked to so far has been so helpful and great. They’ve been very patient with me as I have tried to move across the country. I have been all over the place, but everybody is so nice. I appreciate it.”
“10/10 service honestly by far one of the one apartments complexes that actually make you feel like they care Jessica was our consultant and she was absolutely phenomenal great service always answered when we reach out it was almost to good to be true the apartment complex may be a little pricey but It’s so worth it”
“Updated review after living here longer:
Living at Park and Market continues to be a positive experience overall! The staff remains friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is truly top-notch.
While the fire alarms can be frequent (about once a month), they're usually resolved quickly. Most are false alarms or caused by minor incidents, like a vehicle hitting a sprinkler. This past weekend, however, a real fire triggered the sprinkler in a unit, causing water damage in the hallway. It's worth noting that the sprinkler effectively contained the fire.
The maintenance team deserves major kudos! They've been working tirelessly all weekend to repair the water damage in the affected apartments and hallway. Their dedication to fixing the issue is commendable.
Parking can be a challenge at times due to a broken gate in the resident lot. However, management is working on a permanent solution to prevent unauthorized vehicles from entering.
On the downside, there have been occasional issues with residents leaving shopping carts and trash in the hallways and trash rooms. Additionally, despite being a non-smoking building, cigarette smoke can drift into the hallways from neighboring units on rare occasions, which can be bothersome. It's important to note that this isn't a frequent occurrence and has never bothered me inside of my apartment.
One other cleanliness concern to mention is occasional pet waste left behind in some common areas. It would be great if all residents were more responsible in picking up after their pets but I understand the struggle there. The staff has been pretty good about cleaning it up in a timely manner.
Original Review:
Thanks to Sam's clear communication and the convenient loading dock with elevator access, settling into Park and Market took no time.
The hallways and lobby are modern and clean, creating a great first impression. My un-renovated apartment is surprisingly well-kept and feels up-to-date.
With 5 elevators, there's minimal wait time, and the parking deck is easy to access. Finding a spot can be tricky sometimes, just be prepared to have to circle for a spot on Thursday, Friday, Saturday nights.
The team, especially Ty and Richard, has been fantastic. They fixed most of my reported issues within hours, and the one outstanding repair is on hold while they wait for a part - completely understandable.
Having a Harris Teeter downstairs feels like having a never-empty pantry! Plus, there's a Target just a short walk away, and tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Living here cuts down on errands and gas trips, especially if you work nearby.
Overall, I Love It Here! Park and Market has been an excellent decision. Every day, I come home happy and can't imagine living anywhere else.”
“We lived here for a year and had a really positive experience. The staff are so friendly and responsive, Meghan was always a delight to work with. Maintenance is also extremely timely and so sweet to our dogs on walks as well. This complex is a good value for the Raleigh area.”

4233 Avent Ferry Rd, Raleigh“A great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The apartments have really spacious floor plans!! I love the convenience of easy parking for ourselves and guest. We love the beautiful neighborhood that feels safe and friendly. We love Lake Johnson and would recommend to friends and family.”
“Scott Chasin, the Assistant Community Manager was the first person I met when I was looking for my new apartment. Scott is very informative and has a wonderful personality. He is one of the many reasons why I signed a 15 month lease.”
“I enjoyed my time at Marshall Park. If I hadn’t moved out of Raleigh I would have continued staying there. Everyone is professional and if you need something done you don’t have to ask more then once.”
“The location of Midtown Green is second to none. Right on the green for wellness Wednesday, beach music and pop up weekend shops. The apartments have beautiful interiors and the maintenance team is extremely responsive. Benji has been incredibly helpful during my time here for any repairs and is always willingly to help. A great apartment for a reasonable price in North Hills.”
“The Signature is probably one of the best off-campus student housing options for NCSU students. The apartments are really nice, especially the bathrooms and kitchen. Just a heads up though, pool view apartments have to deal with LOUD echoes of people yelling until 1-2am Thursday through Sunday. I also wish that the facility was cleaned more. I friend of mine on the 4th floor has to deal with a constant weed smell in the hallways, there's been dog poop on the carpet for weeks, and trash on the ground. The elevators and trash room are in similar shape. That said, I still have really enjoyed my time here and the staff are very friendly.”

740 Smallwood Dr #17, Raleigh“It was a total fluke when I discovered the Wedgwood apartments, but it was one of the best decisions I made when I signed my lease. Jason and Woody are amazing and very helpful whenever I have questions or concerns. The building is no spring chicken, but it has an amazing charm and feels homey. All of the neighbors are kind, helpful, and quiet at night. The rent is fair and the increase I received for the year isn’t outrageous. The fact that we don’t have to pay for parking, utilities, or any other additional fees is what I appreciated most when I first looked into renting an apartment here (besides Jason’s patience and help!) When Woody started working there, he was and continues to be courteous and knowledgeable! It’s an amazing place to live and ALL of the staff members are a pleasure to work with!!!! However, if you frequently lock yourself out of your apartment at night, this is a great place to help break you out of that habit ?”
“I've lived here 2 years and love it! Melanie is the sweetest always available ! I love living here , I often forget it's home. I feel like I live at a Resort LoL When i travel I'm always rushing to get back home. I have the best neighbors, close to shopping , the pool area is amazing and I love the free coffee every morning !”

712 Tucker St, Raleigh“I got very lucky when I found this place. The location is amazing: not far from downtown, close to Wade Ave, and right there next to Glenwood. The street is quiet for the most part for being so close to the bars/restaurants. The apartments and garage is secure which is awesome. Maintenance and the front office have been nothing but amazing. It always brings me joy to walk past the office and chat with Mrs V.”
“Toured today with Tasha and this was one of the best tours I’ve ever been on. She was very informative, entertaining, and professional. Her personality was very welcoming; allowing room for any questions that we may have had (FYI: there were not many questions because she answered everything during her showings :) I would recommend touring with her! We wish you the best! :)”
“As parents of a prospective resident our concern for our daughter's security, convenience, and accommodations were our primary factors in exploring apartment opportunities on behalf of our daughter.....the staff at the Link ( Shayla, Ashley, and Ambar ) were incredibly professional, extremely accommodating, and possessed both the enthusiasm and courtesy in helping facilitate the leasing process....we are all excited about this transition in our daughter's career, and know that the Link will provide an environment compatible with this process.”
“I don't usually write reviews, but I couldn't be happier with the process of moving in at North Hills at Town Center. Anika has been very warm and attentive from the beginning. She actually listened to my needs, (rare these days), and put me in a unit that I absolutely love! The property is located in a fantastic area close to everything you need.
Moving across the country can be very stressful, but Anika recognized those challenges and timed my transition perfectly!”
“The team at Camden Carolinian are terrific!! All aspects of leasing and having repairs performed quickly are addressed quickly and efficiently. I can’t say enough about the whole team!!”
“Great apartments for a decent price. Also, maintenance is very prompt, knowledgable, and courteous. I've been living here for three years and Miguel always helps whenever things need a tune-up. I really appreciate the support over the years!”
“I was treated with courtesy & professionalism. This building is clean , safe and secure..Lastly, the on-boarding process for move-in was virtually effortless. The management team took care of every conceivable concern I would have and will have ever as long as I live reside on the property … come here to know this place is HOME❤️”
“Hello... I can say as for peace and quiet it's a rating of 7 but i enjoy some of the people in the apartments that mind their business and stay to themselves but. What really boils my cankers is the fact that a lot of sneaky activities go on at night, from 1am to 6am where cars just pop up in the visitor's section and just sit there smoking weed with the lights on with no visitors pass for months. I was informed that the same 2 cars that hit my side fender have been parked in those spots for over a year, basically someone has a few others in their apartment not on the lease. Which is really dangerous in other matters. Tow trucks a week ago done a good job but needs to be -consistent- do to the same cars re-appearing after a situation with unregistered drivers from another state hitting my car, that strangely lives in my apartment for a long period. I'm glad the street was done with new markings so we can notice how the visitor's section is being used for parking by outsiders and trouble making company. Other wise i have no issue besides a few minor problems while living at cedar but after this one dog barking, and my car being hit by adult tenants that really don't belong here with new licenses to carry. It would be wise that once in a blue management take a look at that visitors section for tickets but i have to go in due time. Moving to Utah with my grand parents it's been ok but the damage to my car cost me a break in my bills good luck to the wonderful tenants that I have enjoyed speaking with.”
“Beltoria was the consummate sales professional.. She’s patient, kind, a fast responder AND sincerely cares for her customers.
Additionally, the residents were all polite and respectful. I’d absolutely come back to this place!”
“Quiet community in between cities and in the woods. There’s easy access to the highways and it’s close to shopping malls. Our leasing agent was Pamela. She was so helpful in answering all of our questions. We moved across the country for work and she made us feel right at home immediately. The apartment was even better than the pictures show. Everything inside was updated and modern. The complex is clean and friendly.”
“Very helpful and accommodating. So far so good! Maintenance and the people that work at the office are nice and helpful. There is a lot of garbage around my unit, though, and nobody cares to pick up. Detrimental for this complex! Besides the fact that will attract bugs!”
“I just moved in here and I have absolutely loved it so far! Megan was awesome in helping me get all set up and they have been very patient with me as I am simultaneously starting a new job. The facilities are amazing and the location can't get much better, so I would highly recommend the met to anyone who is looking.
Update: I had an amazing two years living here at the met! Having seen other apartments in the downtown area, I promise that the met is easily the best facility and location in the area. The weight room is nice and the golf simulator is a huge bonus. The front office is amazing as well - Ashley and Britney always helped me and sought my best interest. If you are considering moving to downtown Raleigh I’d highly recommend moving here!!”
