“Hollywood feed is amazing! It was my first time recently going in and every employee went over the top to help and were So kind to my two dogs. They treated me and my two dogs as family from the very beginning and even gave them treats! My dogs didn’t even wanna leave at the end. They were so happy there. I definitely recommend this as your one stop pet store!!”

“The staff here is INCREDIBLY nice. The employee working with us let us know that the shop supplies their own-made dog food and I was really interested. I let him know that our dog has sensitive tummy issues and might not be able to handle the food, so I asked if they sold small sample bags to try out. He immediately said it was okay and that he would give me a sample to try and also reminded me to integrate it into my dogs food slowly to acclimate him! I thought that was so thoughtful of the employee and really made me know that he cared more about my dog's health rather than just a sale.The employee also let us know his favorite treats for hair and nail health, pointing us in the direction of some dried salmon bites and herrings! I got a couple of those to test out with our dog as we had been using an food oil previously.The environment of the store is very welcoming and overwhelming with the amount of products they have in store. It definitely feels like a one stop shop for all of your needs.”
“My first time in a Pets supplies Plus store. The store is well stocked and very clean. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. I took my daughters two golden doodles to be groomed. Our groomer was Jessica and she is a student groomer. Jessica did an amazing job! Both doodles were cut perfectly, their nails were done and they smelled so fresh. Both dogs were so happy when I picked them up! Jessica was great at grooming just like we ask and this was one of the best cuts they have ever had! I will definitely be coming back! Ask for Jessica! She is amazing!”

“I love this place. They always have a great friendly staff and the best sales. My dogs love the little cookie display/ bakery looking shelf in front. They have the cutest dog treats. Also a great selection for pet food. I will definitely keep coming here.I am sadden about another review I read on here .. For people reading the reviews like myself please do not be discouraged from this business. Especially, because of another's self entitlement. Yes, the parking lot is busy and yes the staff may have off days, but doesn't everyone?This shop has quality items and quality people its worth checking out. I favor the local shop.”

“I purchased the the clear windowsill shields from Claw Guard. My very large dogs can stand up and look out the window. They are very happy and the windowsills are protected. Buying the correct size was easy using the information on the company’s website. The guards were very easy to install and are hardly noticeable. My only regret was that I didn’t know about these windowsill guards when I first got my dogs.”
“Today I took my dog Tanner to get his very first professional grooming. He us 8 years old and is a pitty mix. They are EXCELLENT!! They gave him the full treatment. He was a very happy dog. They took very good care of him. The ladies there are very knowledgeable and calming for the pet and the owner...lol. I will be taking him back for sure. “Wonderful experience. I've been to this shop before, and have always been served with a friendly smile and expertise. Turns out the lady running the store and I have competed against each other at trivia locally before; she is the nicest person. This day, I went to buy a ground feeder for the deer who visit my house on a daily basis; I got a high-quality feeder for a good price, along with nice conversation.The inside décor, I must say, is also top-notch, very natural. I have been in the process of starting/ maintaining a freshwater tank and every time I go into the store, every staff member I interact with is helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. They are always interested in how my tank is doing and love to provide me with tips and information on how to keep my fish healthy. I always try to think of something else I might as an excuse to visit this petco!”
“Great people in the Warehouse. Driveway into office/warehouse is twisty and narrow. It was hard to stay on the pavement with my 40 ft trailer, a 53 ft trailer would be even harder. Bad design.”
“Visited to pick up a dog for a national rescue organization. Pleasantly surprised at how clean the main area was. They seem very organized with an electronic check in that is required when you arrive. They have two enclosed rooms that potential adoptees can visit with the pets. I trust and hope the back areas are just as clean and nurturing for the animals!”

Super friendly and helpful staff.The parking lot is behind the building/away from the road so you don't have to fight traffic to get in or out.They have really good food, both name brand and their own brands. “I brought my puppy, Clover to this location recently to get groomed! My pup is an extremely active aussiedoodle (loves swimming, running in dirt etc) - Which caused for some matting on her coat. The groomers (I believe, Jessica!) did an incredible job taking care of the matting while keeping her beautiful coat. They also called me before letting me know their plan in the ways that they think trimming her would be best & asked for my approval, which I could not have appreciated more!!! Clover came home happy, and as cute as ever! Thank you for taking such great care of my girl!”
“The people here are friendly and helpful. I had to switch my dogs food due to a recall and they helped me pick out the perfect replacement food. Too bad you can only get it here and not other pet stores, which makes it slightly inconvenient but I don’t live far which is a plus.
They also have a really good selection of dog toys, treats and accessories.”
“My fiancé and I came to this facility on 2/11 and walked out with a beautiful Pitty for a Staycation. Everyone was very warm, chipper and helpful. When we got there it was very busy but they were handling the crowd well. We didn’t wait too long to interact with the dog of our choice. I read past reviews and it looks like they’re working on their customer service. We were very satisfied with our visit.”

“I am writing this review because of all the less than favorable reviews from people who clearly don't know how a rescue works. This is a rescue, not a department store to come in and buy a parrot. That is what I am sorry to say, is what Petsmart does. People have commented about the staff not being friendly. They are not waitresses or salespeople. Many are volunteers. The main objective is to take care of the birds and help people adopt our birds. They are not selling them. Someone wrote that some of the birds don't look that great. People, these are rescue birds. Some of them have been living in really bad conditions. You wouldn't look too great either if you had been through what these birds have lived through. If you want to have a bird to just show off to people, go to a breeder and pay thousands of dollars for the "perfect bird" I wish people would just keep their mouths shut if they don't know what they are talking about. This is a fantastic rescue. The birds are well taken care and that is what is important. They have a well thought out adoption process. They want to make sure the birds are going to good homes, not a home that puts them back into a horrible environment again. Birds are complicated creatures. They aren't just something to pick up at Petsmart and throw in a cage. People need to familiarize themselves with what a rescue is intended to be, not what they think it should be before passing judgment in a post.”
