“I love this Pet Supplies Plus! My Pomeranian, Bruce, has been getting groomed here for two years. The groomers always do a great job with him and all of his hair :) They have a great rewards program and it doesn't take long to add up and turn the rewards into coupons for $$ off purchases.”

“Just moved to North Carolina in the last year and had to find a new groomer for my Havanese. He is normally a bit squirmy when being brushed or groomed, and has difficulty sitting still or cooperating with groomers. Our last groomer had complaints about him, and he was never excited to go. The second time I took him to Bow Wow Boutique he started recognizing where we were going and getting excited. The third time I asked him if he wanted to go to the groomer and he bolted to the door and waited excitedly. He always looks great after I pick him up and always smells terrific, but ultimately the most important thing to me is that he is safe, happy, and not stressed out. That's what I get here! It is clear that he is treated well and is not upset about going.”

“Visited to pick up a dog for a national rescue organization. Pleasantly surprised at how clean the main area was. They seem very organized with an electronic check in that is required when you arrive. They have two enclosed rooms that potential adoptees can visit with the pets. I trust and hope the back areas are just as clean and nurturing for the animals!”

“I purchased the the clear windowsill shields from Claw Guard. My very large dogs can stand up and look out the window. They are very happy and the windowsills are protected. Buying the correct size was easy using the information on the company’s website. The guards were very easy to install and are hardly noticeable. My only regret was that I didn’t know about these windowsill guards when I first got my dogs.”

“I found Marley Sporting Dog Supplies via Google search for local pet supplies. I was quite surprised to find an 800 # for a local pet store. I was even more surprised to call the number after hours and get one of the owners. Although the store was closed, we had an immediate need for some items and he met us at the store and opened it up just for us. Stan also informed us about some better dog food and provided us some free samples. Our finicky dog loved them and it was the first time in years she ate the hard food w/o us adding anything to it. We had tried quite a few varieties, but it appears she likes the vennison product Stan told us about. We had never been oto Marley's before, but you can be assured we will be going back!”

“My fiancé and I came to this facility on 2/11 and walked out with a beautiful Pitty for a Staycation. Everyone was very warm, chipper and helpful. When we got there it was very busy but they were handling the crowd well. We didn’t wait too long to interact with the dog of our choice. I read past reviews and it looks like they’re working on their customer service. We were very satisfied with our visit.”

“The Banfield at this PetSmart is awesome. I had an alarming, potential life threatening situation with my Frenchie. As I had a previous pup that passed away from similar symptoms I was distraught and unsure what to do. Dr. Clinton, Dallas, Louise and the amazing team there were able to get my pup in quickly the same day. Not only did they alleviate my worst fears but Dr. Clinton was able to narrow down the exact issue. I am happy to say although my pup did have an injury, the care from this Banfield was the best I experienced in over 12 years of using this company. From scheduling, being seen and updated throughout the day, great communication and follow-up - I recommend this place for care and to get solid advice when you are unsure what to do.”
