“Do great work and most importantly they are honest and will let you know if work is necessary at the time of inspection. Example: they told me I would need new brakes but wait another 8k miles. They also make sure thrir work is eccellent/satisfactory and will take care of any issues thst arises.”

“Always a great experience. Even though they were clearly slammed with cars they still took good care of me and had my car back quickly. Their prices are very reasonable and I’ve never felt like they’re trying to milk my wallet in almost 15 years or taking my cars to them. Brad and the entire team are just the best. And frankly, as a pretty terrible car owner (I’m bad about regular maintenance and happily put off things until it’s a crisis) I like how non judgmental they are. Most people probably wouldn’t care about that but it’s a major plus for me.”

He communicated everything I needed to know clearly and made sure I was informed throughout the process. I'm glad for their texting system, which allowed me to check on the status and the work being done on my car in real time—super convenient! On top of all that, Chris threw in my state inspection and a few other small items for free, which I greatly appreciated. Thanks to their skilled mechanics, my old car drives like a dream! “Hassan was a great sales person .I felt very comfortable with him . My only issue was with managers when the wrong BOS went to Allegacy. I called 2 times that day snd got 2 different managers who were supposed to call me back. No one did. Hassan was off i was relying on them . Finally on Monday Hassan got it straight and sent the correct BOS to Allegacy. From there it was smooth sailing and we got the car on Tuesday.”

“There is not a diesel issue which Oliver Diesel can‘t figure out. We had our Ford diesel at two different Ford dealerships for an intermittent no start issue. One location told us it was the FICM which we replaced at a tune of $1250.00 after which we still had the no start issue. The other dealership couldn’t figure out the no start issue. We talked with a local diesel repair shop and they told us we needed to install an upgrade kit for the engine to fix the issue. We then heard about Oliver Diesel and took our Ford diesel to them for the no start issue. Within 24 hours they found the issue. It was a cracked fitting for the high pressure oil pump. We definitely recommend Oliver Diesel. We drive 80 miles one way in order to get their excellent service.”
