“Office staff is very pleasant. Units are not really cleaned out very well. I’ve been there with broken glass on the ground. Kind of messy. I don’t like the fact that you have to buy their lock and each time you end up with another lock that you’re paying for that you don’t need. A better way would be to return the lock And key and get your $25 deposit back.
Also, considering that storage is such a big business now and that they build these all over the place they’re bringing in so much money that prices should be lower. Spending $95 a month for a space as big as my walk-in closet is ridiculous. I couldn’t sell the stuff for $95. Years ago when this Industry was new, I spent $35 for a space size of a one car garage .”

“Although I was at the wrong facility and the lady on the phone didn’t realize it and I drove around and around over and over again looking for my unit that wasn’t there but was actually at the unit down the road. She was still very sweet and helped me figure it all out. Looking back at it now , it was funny. ?”

“We all know moving is already a lot of work, hassle, & stress. These folks make it much, much easier.The ladies that assisted me made this process very easy. They seem to genuinely care about the people that walk-in, are more than understanding, & aren’t out to nickel and dime you. For instance, they’re supposed to charge a service fee for key drops after they close. They simply waved that fee ($25) for me and I didn’t even ask. They just said they would. That paid a good portion of the gas I used in the Uhaul I rented. I will use this location indefinitely. Thanks again guys!”
