“Easy & secure. Staff on phone always nice and professional. Clean unit. Did have issues w/mice or rats getting into some of my things. I wouldn't expect less. The do try and prevent this with bait boxes. Easy access and plenty of space for loading/unloading. Will use this place again if needed...”

“This place is great! Last year my husband and I had to sell our home. We called every storage unit nearby and not only was this climate controlled unit available in the size we wanted, but at a lower price than others! The office manager walked us through the facility, explained the contract, and even sold us things we forgot to get. Luckily the office has mattress covers, locks, boxes, things to make sure you have what you need for storage. It was so helpful to have a moving truck provided to bring our things into the unit. I love that it was easy to move in and had available carts and dollys for use. We just recently bought a new home and had to leave but I highly recommend this place. Never had a problem and it was easy to get in and out during the provided times.”

“I've had my storage for almost a year this time since the change of the name. I've personally used them for many years now. Today I ran into an issue where my combination did not work and needed my lock cut n grinded. The office personal were so helpful both ladies cutting my lock with bolt cutters. They are polite and friendly! I'd highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks again Free Up storage .. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
