They open at 8. I was back on the road with the tool I needed by 8:05 because I didn’t let my self get distracted by the cool inexpensive (and sometimes janky) tools they sell. Good deals can be found. Sometime you get what you pay for at Harbor Freight. The guy at the register was cool.
