“I’ve watched our New Bern Lowe’s grow and relocate to bigger buildings and like our Walmart the parking lot is always full but everything and everyone inside they are doing their best to be the best and I use to enjoy the selection of parts and products but since the last five years their hardware and small plumbing parts leave much to be desired use to be you could find that hard to find part but now all your choices are VERY Limited and you’ll end up in Jacksonville finding what you need at HOME DEPOT of which we need here to straighten them out. Prices a WAY TO HIGH also and if you do your homework you’ll find out they are paying less from suppliers and charging MORE TO US and blaming it on them all the while posting RECORD PROFITS! I own their stock so I see it. Home Depot is in Jacksonville and we need one here. But I still LOVE my Lowe’s just wish they liked their customers more !!”
