More recently I had an excellent interaction with Sergio Gutierrez about closing out a lease. I asked him for some info while waiting for a car service and he was excellent in giving me guidance for lease closure and offered to contact me when closer to lease end. Indeed he held to his word and nearly two months later contacted me twice before my lease end to be sure I had what I needed. It’s rare nowadays to find someone willing to follow up with a promise (especially 2 months out) and I was very impressed that Sergio did so.”

“My dad owned a service station/repair shop for years so I know a good mechanic when I find one. Endress Auto is a keeper! Our cars both have well over 200K miles on them. Endress keeps them running smoothly. When we have a car in for routine maintenance (e.g. oil change), we never get pressured to have any other work done. The repair costs are always fair and reasonable. Sometimes extraordinarily so...our son (in Charlotte) got an astronomical quote to have his 2010 Camry, which was running very rough, repaired. We convinced him to let Endress take a look. They diagnosed and fixed the problem for 25% of the original quote. Not exaggerating. Now his car runs great. He was thrilled with the outcome and plans to bring his car up here any time it needs work. The folks at Endress are honest, professional, and very skilled at what they do. We can't imagine entrusting our vehicles to anyone else.”

“I contacted PCM of NC to get a email tune for my 2014 Corvette after installing a A&A supercharger. The part of the country where I live the closest reliable tuner is 8 hrs away round trip plus he wanted me to leave my Corvette for a few days. With the help of PCM of NC my Corvette is running really great. I highly recommend them. All emails were quickly replied and turn around times from data logs to new tunes was in less than 24 hrs. “Had our trans replaced here and after about a year and a half we started having some issues with shifting. Took it in and the guys ran diagnostics and found it had a manufacture defect in the transmission and called in a warranty claim. They quickly got another trans in and replaced it with no charge to me. The guys seem to be good dudes doing honest work.”
