I was so happy by the service I received today from Krishawna, Rashy, Josh & Christie. I had a very fragile item to ship out of the country & they all jumped in to help find the right box, wrap it, secure it in the box & helped me figure out my shipping options.

This is the most streamlined UPS store I’ve ever visited. Christie, Rashi, and DeShawn are who other stores should be learning from. Josh was very attentive and his customer service skills are impressive. I came to this location on my lunch break to print and scan some important documents . This young man was polite to every patron and very helpful. I was on my way in no time. If he is not the manager, he should be.
