“I got a flat tire on the highway yesterday on my way home and needed to have it repaired or replaced quickly so I could get to work today. My husband called last night and a nice gentleman named John answered the phone. My husband explained our situation and John assured us he could help and that if we came down, they'd have time to get us taken care of. We arrived and two friendly men were behind the register area, one of which was John. He came out to the car to assess the tire, and as we suspected from the gash, the tire needed replacing. He was able to get us a decent tire at a reasonable price since finances were a factor. We were out the door in 30 minutes. They ensured we had everything we needed and put my spare and trunk back together afterward. It was truly the best experience I've had with a tire place, especially in such an urgent and unfortunate timing situation. Will definitely be returning when we need new sets for our vehicles.”

“It's really hard to find mechanics that you can trust. I had a gas smell coming from the back of the car that another mechanic could not find. The other place replaced something that probably didn't need replacing and then wanted to charge me another diagnostic fee for the same issue. This place went above and beyond and found a hole in the top of my gas tank after lowering the tank to check it. I was pretty ecstatic because I'd been dealing with a gas smell for a year.”

“Went here after my car would not start, because I sat next to my car too long not realizing my key was turned to start but I just pulled it out, & went into a store & when I tried to start my car, the battery was too dead. I was able to get another person to help me jump my car, & he suggested I go the this place & have my battery tested, & I did. It was normal, ! I was surprised bec I only drove from the Cary Walmart to here! But the test was costly. I think it would be anywhere else too. Plus no issues since.”

They picked up a tire that matches the other three and deployed their mobile service to where my van was. The tech showed up and swapped the tire out with efficiency and friendliness and off he went. “Great experience! Getting ready to drive long distance and needed to check out a rattle and clunking in the back of my car. It was a walk in where they had me taken care of within 30 minutes, with everyone being very accommodating and friendly. Not only are they fast but also very honest with their work since they could have charged me for a potentially new strut, instead of just replacing a missing bolt on my tire. Going forward this will be my new go to place for all my car needs.”
